Senior housing - Retirement living for individuals and couples 62 years of age and older, including direct and indirect government-subsidized housing.
Family housing - Market-rate rentals, and direct and indirect government-subsidized housing.
Assisted living housing – Housing with a continuum of supportive services that permit seniors to age in place with dignity and respect.
Special needs housing - Housing for victims of domestic violence and for individuals disabled by HIV/AIDS.
